Where [L][x][y] means that you move your loop in - or + direction. [x][y] is a signed hexabyte value. It means that values from H00 (+0) to H7F (+127) are positive values and values from H80 (-128) to HFF (-1) are negative values. The [x][y] value is a sample value. By example: L 80 means 窶徇ove back the loop from 128 samples窶.
